Rosè anyone?

Share Post:

It’s time to stock up on Rosè and my friend, Jesse Warner-Levine owner of Convive Partners in New York City not only has shared his picks for the summer but offers delivery to New Jersey every two weeks!

This is an exciting lineup of some of the best examples of rosè from their respective regions.

Domaine Migot 2022 Cotes de Toul, France, $22

Riding the line of vibrant and delicate, this Vin Gris is a calling card for the Cotes De Toul Region. The Gamay grape gives this cuvee notes of ripe strawberry, red fruit, and some citrus zest, not to mention a delicate mouthfeel that makes this wine the perfect summer-sipper.

Chateau Massereau 2021 Clairet, France, $26

A blend of Cab Franc, Cab Sauv, and Merlot, this Barsac rose is the perfect match for a summer potluck. With its unique, fuller body, jammy raspberry red fruit, and some black pepper and minerality on the finish, there is more complexity here than a run-of-the-mill rosè, which makes it an excellent accompaniment for food.

RAEN 2022 ‘The Monarch Challenge’, $30

The limited 2023 vintage of RAEN’s ‘The Monarch Challenge’ Rosè is back with its mission to help save the Monarch butterfly. This rosè of Pinot Noir and Grenache comes from Fort Ross Seaview, one of the best California AVAs. It’s crisp, bold, nervy, Bandol-inspired—something you could drink all day every day, especially knowing that 100% of the proceeds, donated by RAEN, supports the Xerces Society & the Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue, two organizations dedicated to protecting our planet and supporting biodiversity in our vineyards, farms and land.
