By now you’ve probably heard that due to supply chain issues and labor shortages, the holidays may look a bit different this year. Think, shopping a lot earlier, and planning ahead. So, there are some holiday cards tips you need to know now.
We can help!
Don’t wait until the last minute to have your sessions or to order your holiday cards — the United States Postal Service is expecting significant delays this season for both shipping and receiving. So, get your gorgeous cards early, and send them early, too!
Some other helpful tips include:
*Bring your holiday cards to the post office yourself instead of dropping them in a bin.
*Send all holiday cards out at least two-and-a-half weeks before you’d like them to be delivered, just in case.
*Order extra copies in case some (inevitably) get lost in the mail.
*Stay organized! Whether you are hand addressing them or are outsourcing that part, have a clear, updated spreadsheet ready to go. (AKA, don’t text people on your list in mid-December asking for their address. Do it now!)

Due to the warmer weather, Hartshorn Portraiture has extended our fall park session dates to include:
Saturday, November 13th and Sunday, November 14th at either Pier A in Hoboken or New Jersey Botanical Gardens.
This is the perfect opportunity to capture a gorgeous family photo to use on your cards.
