The Rainbow Baby

25% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage or stillbirth. Learning this fact rocked me to my core- I found solace reading about how women have bravely stepped forward to share their experiences and help others get through this amazingly difficult life event. We were honored to work with  Avani Sarkar, founder of Modi-Toys as she prepares for the birth of her own rainbow baby. We especially loved the dress she had made in India for the session. Her own sentiments echo the hope for the future – she told me “I’m glad to see more and more people talking about difficult topics like these more openly.” Thank you Avani for working with us on this meaningful session.
